From Setting Recycling Targets to Achieving Them?

Roundtable event will bring together policy makers from the European Commission (DG ENVI, DG REGIO, DG GROW), representatives of Member States and regions as well as key players from the waste management industry. The aim of this roundtable discussion is to brainstorm from different angles on how the private waste management industry and EU funding can help the fourteen member states that fell short of their 2020 target of 50% recycling as revealed by the Early Warning Reports.
